Payment information
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express through our authorized payment processor, Paypal. You can also send us a check or money order. All Web pages requesting personal information (such as passwords, addresses and credit card number) are encrypted using a secure connection. Data gathered from these pages is secure. If you are uncomfortable placing an order online, please give us a call at 949-413-1984 and we will process your order. Or you may also print an order form and fax it to 949-515-5894

How to Order
When you are finished choosing your products and you wish to proceed to checkout, Click on the Shopping Cart link at the top of each page. Click on Checkout. Please enter your payment details as to first and last name, credit card type, number and expiration date and your billing address. You will also be asked to enter an email address so you can login later and check the status of your order or view more details about your payment. Through the Paypal shopping cart you will be able to track your shipments easily.

PayPal is a free, secure service that allows you to register your e-mail address and credit card with them so that you can pay for your online purchases. Many online stores now use the Paypal shopping cart, so registering with Paypal can save you from having to register with every single site you shop with. Check or Money order
You can also choose your products online, and then mail the check or money order to Precious Imports, 2111 Orange Avenue, Suite A, Costa Mesa, CA 92627. We will ship your order immediately after confirmation of your payment. If you wish to use this method you may use a printable order form.

Returns
If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase and would like to return it, please let us know within 15 days. You can ship your order back to us to Precious Imports, 2111 Orange Avenue, Suite A, Costa Mesa, CA 92627. You will be credited in full for your return or you can choose another product to be shipped to you instead.
